Marble Cheddar

Cheddar is the best-known variety of cheese and it’s the cornerstone of our ADL family of cheeses. ADL Marble Cheddar is carefully aged for about 3 months and has a mild milky flavour and slightly springy texture. The combination of coloured and uncoloured cheddar creates the “marble effect,” which is an attractive addition to any cheese tray. Leave it at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before serving to really enjoy the full cheddar flavour.
