Mild Light Cheddar

Cheddar is the best-known variety of cheese and it’s the cornerstone of our ADL family of cheeses. ADL Mild Light Cheddar has 40% less fat than our regular Mild Cheddar, so it’s a great alternative for cutting down on fat without compromising flavour and nutrition. Carefully aged for about 3 months, its mild milky flavour and slightly springy texture make it a popular choice. Leave it at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before serving to enjoy the full cheddar flavour.
