Please complete the form below to request a product donation. ADL will review your request and provide a decision as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE

Due to high volume, we require a minimum of five (5) business days to process product donation requests. Requests received with less than five (5) business days advanced notice will be denied.
ADL donates dairy products only.
All product donations must be picked up from an ADL location in Charlottetown or Summerside. ADL does not deliver donated product.
Donation pick up hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
