ADL’s quality butter has become a tradition on many Island tables.
We separate the rich cream from our fresh milk, pasteurize the cream and churn it in large vats. The liquid that remains after churning (buttermilk) is removed, just the right amount of salt is added and then the solid butter is ‘worked’ to attain the correct moisture content. The finished butter is cut, wrapped and distributed throughout PEI and Atlantic Canada.
Available in 1 lb and ½ lb packages.
