ADL Specializes in dairy production for private label business. Our reputation for quality products and customer service is regarded far beyond Prince Edward Island. We have co-pack partnerships in place that span close to 40 years.

ADL’s cheese production facility is one of the largest specialty cheese plants in Canada. We began processing specialty cheeses like Feta and Havarti in 1991 and were one of the first plants in Canada to do so.

Types of cheese processed:

• Cheddar: Heat Treated Colour Cheddar, Heat Treated White Cheddar, Mild White Cheddar, Mild Colour Cheddar, Marble Cheddar
• Other Pasteurized Cheese: Mozzarella, Monterey Jack White
• Specialty Cheese: Feta, Havarti, Asiago, Romano, Parmesan

ADL Has the ability to trial different cheese types and cheese recipes according to your specifications.
