Foodservice Division Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented Foodservice Division Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Foodservice Division in Summerside, Prince Edward Island. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate the efforts of the Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to ensure operational excellence, strong customer relationships, and profitable growth.

Operational Leadership
- Provide hands-on leadership for day-to-day operations across our multidisciplinary Foodservice teams.
- Ensure efficient inventory coordination, accurate order fulfillment, and on-time delivery performance.
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with food safety requirements, WHMIS, and applicable regulatory standards.
Sales & Marketing Oversight
- Coach and support the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve revenue targets and sustainable market growth.
- Track sales performance and customer trends, adjusting strategy and execution plans as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and business partners.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and support department managers to ensure consistent performance and alignment.
- Foster a positive, accountable culture focused on execution, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee hiring, performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
Financial & Business Management
- Work closely with ownership to develop budgets, forecasts, and annual operating plans.
- Monitor financial performance, key operational metrics, and divisional results.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve cost control, efficiency, and profitability.
Customer & Stakeholder Relations
- Champion exceptional customer service across all teams and touchpoints.
- Address escalated customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring effective resolution.
- Represent the company within the local business community and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in wholesale, distribution, foodservice, or logistics operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-department functions, including Sales, Warehouse, and Customer Service.
- Strong business acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with strong leadership presence and relationship-building ability.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is considered an asset.
