Industrial Cleaner

Position Overview:
The Industrial Cleaner is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary conditions across our production offices and facility washrooms at our Water Street cheese plant. This is a cleaning role suited for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8-hour daytime shift
- Every third Saturday (4-hour shift)

- Clean and maintain offices, staff washrooms, and production floor washrooms
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and general tidying
- Complete laundry duties as required
- Maintain basic cleaning records and complete associated paperwork
- Use and store cleaning supplies and equipment safely and responsibly
- Follow all workplace health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Able to work independently and manage daily tasks with minimal supervision
- Physically capable of performing cleaning duties including standing, bending, and lifting
- Available Monday to Friday with every third Saturday
- Comfortable working in an active food production environment
- Willingness to complete WHMIS training
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset
