Position Overview:
ADL is seeking a Part Time Merchandiser to ensure our products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and neatly organized across multiple retail locations in Summerside area. In this role, you will maintain product presentation, manage inventory rotation, and uphold company standards while fostering strong relationships with store personnel and customers. As a brand representative, you will provide product knowledge and support, contributing to an excellent in-store experience.
Wage Rate: $17.06 / hour
- Ensure shelves and coolers are stocked and organized according to store planograms.
- Maintain a clean, orderly product display and remove any damaged or expired items.
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
- Complete and submit all required documentation in a timely manner.
- Adhere to company and store policies, including safety procedures and sign-in/out protocols.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by providing excellent customer service, assisting with product inquiries, and supporting store personnel as needed.
- Open availability for shifts from 3:00PM – 9:00PM Mondays through Thursdays
- A reliable means of transportation to travel between retail locations.
- Previous experience in grocery, retail, or merchandising is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and stocking products.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow and interpret store planograms.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and store teams effectively.
