Position Overview: 

As a Seasonal Night Shift Picker, your primary responsibility will be to accurately handle and prepare products for dispatch. This role requires meticulous attention to detail as you work under the direction of the Night Shift Coordinator. You’ll be involved in activities such as picking and packing products, managing inventory, and upholding our safety and quality standards. Your dedication and efficiency are crucial in maintaining the seamless flow of our supply chain operations.

Term: Start ASAP until mid/late October

Schedule: Sunday – Thursday (7:00PM – 3:30AM)  

Wage Rate: $20.02 – $22.24 / hour


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle and organize shipments, using both hands-on methods and equipment.
  • Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipping.
  • Build and arrange pallets with attention to product safety.
  • Work across various temperature environments, handling products with care.
  • Repack products as needed, upholding quality standards.
  • Collaboratively resolve product issues with the Night Shift Coordinator.
  • Conduct quality checks on products before dispatch.
  • Keep the warehouse orderly and functional.
  • Complete inventory and shipment paperwork accurately.
  • Use handheld scanners effectively, with knowledge and experience being an asset.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, move quickly, and adapt to flexible job requirements.
  • Ability to work reliably and efficiently, including overtime when necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Forklift certification preferred.
  • Fall Arrest certification beneficial.
