Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Runner at ADL Foods, you will play a pivotal role in our warehouse operations, responsible for fulfilling customer orders and maintaining inventory efficiency, directly contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality service and ensuring seamless operations within our food distribution center.
Wage Rate:
From $17.33 to $19.25 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package, including a co‐pay health and dental benefits plan, life and disability insurance, Employee Assistance Program, and a matching pension program.
- Pick, gather, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently from our warehouse inventory.
- Assist in inventory restocking, rotation, and conducting regular checks to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers picking up orders, providing friendly and efficient service.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety in the warehouse environment.
- Maintain precise records of inventory transactions and related paperwork.
- Complete driver returns and restock products efficiently.
- Strictly follow safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and undertaking physically demanding tasks as required.
- Strong focus on accuracy and precision in fulfilling orders and managing inventory.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Consistent and reliable in meeting work schedules and responsibilities.
- Understanding and adherence to safety regulations and warehouse procedures.
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute positively to team objectives.
