Position Overview:
The Warehouse Runner supports daily warehouse operations by accurately picking and preparing customer orders, maintaining inventory flow, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong sense of accountability to keep operations running efficiently and on schedule.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5:00PM

- Pick, gather, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently from warehouse inventory
- Restock, rotate, and organize products to maintain inventory accuracy and product quality
- Process driver returns and ensure products are returned to correct locations
- Support customer pickups by providing timely and professional service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, following all company safety procedures and protocols
- Record inventory movements and complete required documentation accurately
- Complete all required job training and apply this knowledge to perform duties safely and independently
- Operate warehouse equipment in a safe and responsible manner
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational targets
- Other related duties as required
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive tasks
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with consistent productivity expectations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and inventory handling
- Reliable with consistent attendance and a strong sense of accountability
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including cooler or refrigerated areas
- Able to follow procedures and safety requirements consistently
- Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or order-picking environment is considered an asset
- Forklift experience or a valid forklift license is considered an asset
